Claire was an excellent host, the room was very nice, warm and comfortable. The breakfast was great, freshly cooked and very tasty. I an excellent B&B

A very comfortable room with good facilities. Quiet location, with a lovely view from balcony doors.

No complaints, would definately return if we visit the area again.

The property was lovely, very clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was great with a view over the garden and countryside. The beds were very comfortable and the shower large with plenty of shower gel/shampoo, etc. Had a big breakfast with lots of choice.

The Full English Breakfast was very nice, just right, even down to the fantastic tea cups. Very good location just off the road with ample parking, our room was very very nice and not to hot in the very hot heat wave. Handy for Long Melford, Lavenham, Sudbury, Finchingfield and close to Bury St Edmunds and Colchester .

Possibly may have been handy to have a grab rail just inside the lovely big shower.
