We really enjoyed our time in the hotel. The location was great and the room was very clean. The owner was extremely helpful and kind. He provided us with great tips on places and restaurants to go and all his recommendations were amazing! We highly recommend staying at this hotel! You will not regret it :)

All recommendations for the hotel. It is located in a quiet area, yet it is easy to reach all parts of Malta and visit the sights. Special thanks for Timothy — an educated, courteous gentleman who is always ready to help. It is a real pleasure to talk with him and listen to his advice about sightseeing. I would certainly stay at this hotel again the next time I come.

"Back street sub standard dwelling."

This is not a “Boutique Hotel “ it’s a family home with rooms , dreadfully impersonal, very expensive and hugely misrepresented and misleading. I was looking forward to a nice hotel and not €148 for one night for a room in airB&B . No staff, very steep, narrow and hazardous stairs to carry your suitcases up.

"I’m in the process of trying to get my money back as this place is a total ripoff."

Nothing.

This is a private home in the back streets and certainly not a Boutique Hotel , extremely unwelcoming with no facilities or staff. The price is very expensive for an air B&B room . We had to man handle three suit cases up hazardous outside very steep and narrow stairs to get to our room ,which was fine. The air conditioning was working only intermittently when we arrived and there there was no power at all . We leave 2hrs early at 1.30am as we couldn’t sleep in the heat. This “Boutique Hotel “ had organised an early morning taxis to the airport with their partnered taxis firm €27 . We paid a local taxis € 9 !! All in all a very professional misrepresentation and con artist at work here be aware .

Fridge was not working well unfortunately it was festival so they could not get it seen to
