"Great value for money stay!"

Fully renovated classic house with modern extension, roof terrace in a quiet location of the town. Close to the airport and Valletta.

Parking can be a challenge depending on times of arrival.

1. No lift for 2nd floor units, narrow stairs to carry heavy luggage. 2. Too narrow doors to move freely in and out of rooms 3. First two nights Airconditioning was controlled by the owner and it was put to off or not working, suffered in heat after heated email/text , they switched it ON. 4. Breakfast has very specific timings per room , need to visit only in that 30 min window for breakfast. 5. Near to Airport, and near by general shops and bustop. I will not recommend this place to anyone, nor will I revisit this place. I had terrible time trying to get some sleep without functioning airconditioner and attitude of property owners claiming its that way to support global warming situation !

Hotel us great, small very clean rooms. Perfect for short stays. Area is not the nicest of Malta, but I liked it a lot.
