Great value for money, comfortable room and quiet so you can sleep well. Super nice location, about 200m to the beach. Many good restaurants, massage places, and night market in walking distance. Stayed here for a month and would definitely come back

Rooms cleanliness could improve slightly

- There are only two rooms per floor so you don't hear your neighbour - Wi-Fi around 65 Mbps - Relatively modern

So since there are only two rooms per floor, one unit faces their busy street where people yell under your window all the time and the other unit windows face some restaurant, best thing is the neighbor right below has a freaking rooster. Literally right under your window. Also in this particular room there's a line of ants running under the TV, there weren't any in the other room

- Spacious clean room, relatively modern - Fast Wi-Fi at 65 Mbps - The staff is nice and cute - Only two rooms per floor across each other, so you won’t hear your drunk old neighbour yell on the phone

- Zero sound isolation - The window faces the Main Street where people yell all the time - 7am some construction started hammering those huge metal rods, obviously after you wake up, they stop In general in da nang you’ll either have a construction under your window or a rooster … or co-co-co-combo!!! 😐

Location is very good and convenient for beach and night life . Rooms are clean and neat with all facilities and Helpful staff .

Washing machine is not available in room and need to go to terrace to use it
