Location was perfect, price was good, it was clean, modern and warm and communication with staff was excellent. Very prompt and informative.

Could have done with more cutlery (pizza cutter, bottle opener etc), balcony was crumbling (looked dangerous) and had jar full of old cigarette butts on it - didn’t use it though. Noise from rear of property woke us from 5am on first night. Sounded like someone dragging a dumpster down a fire exit! Not really fault of the property though.

nice modern apartment, location is good however parking is not free, you can park by the big church 10 mins walk away. not a lot of bits in the apartment for cooking etc but i guess you wont do much anyway. Wifi did not work but good phone signal. Bins being emptied 7am so that will be your alarm... not fully clear message on check in, missing house number made us walk up and down on the road a few times by the time host replied but overall good place to stay.

Outstanding location to explore Reykjavik. Comfortable apartment.

Blown light in stairwell. Couldn't get owner on the phone once we checked in.

Great location. Very short walk to parking garage.

Like many downtown Reykjavik places, this is on the 3rd floor with a narrow stairway.

The property is just like advertised. Very clean and situated just off the shopping/restaurant district.

There's only a washer, not a dryer, and not super clear as to what belongs to which apartment.
