Nethway Hotel

The owners and staff were absolutely brilliant and nothing was too much trouble! From the moment we checked in to the moment we left we had an amazing time. We will be back very soon!

Well what can I say! Obviously due to covid there were no hols abroad, I have stayed in torquay before and not being big headed but always stay in 4* min hotels! The owners we fantastic people!! Always helpful as we're all the staff :) The breakfast was amazing, the hotel itself was spotless! Really clean! Lovely little pool! I could go on and on! No complaints from me, highly recommend the Nethway Hotel for anyone. I will most definetly be returning :) Thankyou all for a pleasant and stress free 4 days Andrew :)

Had a fabulous time....rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was lovely and the staff couldn't do enough for you.....the poolside area could do with a bit of a refresh and tidy, the pool would be lovely....the poolside area is a right sun trap....could be a fantastic little bonus

Very friendly host and good location

On arrival we were greeted by the owners with a big smile and a cheery hello. We were shown to our rooms by a member of staff who also helped with our cases, the room was immaculate and there was tea and coffee facilities made available and this was not scrimped on. We had evening meal at the hotel and it was fantastic, freshly cooked and as we arrived to the table our meal was directly behind us. The hotel is within a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and harbour. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much bother for them, we are definitely going back their again next year.

The hosts were very welcoming, the room and bed were big, nice balcony with sea view, good breakfast with veggie option, very good value for money.

The staff were not supportive regarding my mothers limited mobility , they did provide a ground floor room, albeit grudgingly , it was explained that it was necessary for insurance purposes and it was suggested that as I live locally I should take her home( if that had been possible I would not have booked the room). They made it very clear that we were an inconvenience as they had a coach party to deal with. I was very hurt and if it had been possible I woud not have left my family there, The disabled toilet door lock was broken so my sister had to guard the door whenever my mother needed the toilet. The facilities in the room were impossible as my sister had to walk sideways to access the shower which had a step so my mother could not use it. To say it was the worst experince ever is an understatement. On a positive note they did enjoy the breakfast.
