"Good for 1-2 nights (non beach) stay"

Proximity to restaurants and high street shopping. Nice breakfast and staff.

Our room was a bit noisy (motorway side) but didn't stop us from having a good rest in comfy bed. They have other rooms too. Steps up to our bedroom were fine for us but maybe not for people with mobility issues (ask which room before you book). We weren't too sure about leaving car (only car, no lights) in free parking area at night so placed on road (when parking was free in the evening) and moved back before 8AM. No problem:)

"Nice clean location for short stay to visit Pescare"

We stayed for 1 night, convinient location.. Kindly supported by the host, could leave our luggage in their office. Appartment is clean. No kitchen, for a longer stay this might not be that ideal.

The breakfast was very simple. Only simple white bread, and not enough for our family. A croissant or other bun would have been nice.

"Great base to explore the city"

We were in Pescara early after having only a short drive from our last stop, so being able to check in fairly early was great. We had half a spacious flat, with the other half empty, a lovely balcony and my new best friend, the AC. The place is located centrally and if you want to roam the city it's a perfect location to start from. Or you can pass out on the bed after finally, for the first time in days, not sweating. (Have I already mentioned that I love the air conditioning? On days when the temperature is already in the high 30s and Google tells you that it feels even warmer (and it does) then this is a lifesaver.) We only had contact with the owner (?) at breakfast, a very nice person! Breakfast was simple, but tasty. A great place to stay if you ever visit Pescara. Tell the AC I'm still thinking about it. I'll even add a pic of mi amor. (Yes, I was crazy enough to take a pic of it)

Very nice room, great value/quality. I liked breakfast - whatever we needed! Nice location, close to the beach, some 15 min walk. Lots of clubs nearby
