DKThe breakfast was varied and the staff were really friendly and helped with a lot of things, especially the manager. The manager was friendly and helped us with the planning of our trip.
The door was not soundproof so you could clearly hear the conversations of our neighbours. The door was slightly open at the bottom.
JEVery nice hotel. Comfortable bed and clean bedding. Good size shower and excellent water pressure. You can watch baloons from your room! Nice and quiet terrace. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, with a big selection of food. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Very short walk to the city centre and everyone knew where it was (for tours collections!)

CZThe hotel is situated in a nice location, near the main interest points of Göreme but not exactly on the main street, so not noisy or chaotic. Staff (Ersel the manager and Dolunay from the evening reception shift) is very helpful and punctual in planning airport transfers and tourist activities (even with some little discount compared to the official prices).

INThe location is excellent. The owner is a very genuine and helpful person, which is of great help to travellers in a tourist hub like Goreme. A special mention to Baris-he is as genuine , helpful and as nice as it gets in terms of being a good human being. People like Baris elevate your experience to the next level because of their wonderful, friendly and genuinely helpful nature-such people are an asset to any organisation.
