Excellent location of the hotel. Right before the Town Centre. It was a really cute alley walk to the town centre which is super crowded. So the walk along the small stream was very pleasant. And the view of the hot air balloons in the mornings was very nice. They have good breakfast and the receptionist Barees was very helpful in arranging the tours and hot air balloons. Cute hotel.

For the rate of the rooms, it's quite expensive I felt. There were better rooms with better views. Honestly I didn't know about this before visiting Cappadocia. So next time I might book one of those rooms on top of the hills for better view. Other than that I didn't have any problems.

The hotel is beautiful the room is so clean and the breakfast is so good! The top of the building has a good viewing for pics with the hot air balloon and it is a good place for seeing the sunset too! the manager and staffs are so nice and accommodating! especially Dolunay! it is not a big hotel, but they have staff staying overnight, very safe.

The host is very helpful in arranging literally everything off turkey trip in Cappadocia, from airport transfer to all the day tours and hot air balloon. They provided detailed info for each tour and were very flexible with arrangement. Especially shoutout to the hotel owner who drove us from the airport at 3am in the morning back to hotel.

A special mention must go to Ersel, the owner, and his son, Al, for their extraordinary service that goes far beyond just the hotel. Ersel joined us in lovely chats where we learned a lot about Cappadocia, adding a personal touch to our stay. They were incredibly helpful with everything we needed to make our visit to Cappadocia unique and memorable. The hotel’s convenient location near all major attractions made exploring the area effortless.
