DKBreakfast was not amazing, location was good, staff was really nice as well.Easy access to the hot air balloon viewpoint. The room with the window was great but the one that is like a cave with no window was a bit asphyxiating. It had a nice jacuzzi though so we really enjoyed that in this room.
GBIts close to the center but it's not noisy. The terrace is lovely as you can see the hot air balloons fully. Breakfast has a lot of options. I love our cave room with jacuzzi. wifi connection is fast. The staff our kind and friendly especially the night receptionist, sorry I forgot his name he displayed character that is essential in being a receptionist.

Room was pretty small, and wash basin was too small to use. Had a descent breakfast and roof top view is nice.

Room and bathroom are too small and there's almost no space to place personal belongings/clothing.

AEAEEverything was amazing. The rooms, the service, the breakfast and most of all the hospitality. The king suite was perfect, the ambiance and facilities were fit for a king! Loved my stay here, would definitely visit again.
