A bit far from el centro

Adorable little hotel. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. Refreshingly cool (but not too cold) pool. Just a short walk from the center. We stayed in a room with a little balcony overlooking the cute restaurant.

I hesitate to say this is a negative because the cooks clearly take time to individually prepare a tasty and nicely presented breakfast - but guests should be aware for planning purposes that breakfast can take awhile. If you have an excursion or other activity that requires you to be ready before 8:45 or 9, you may want to request a breakfast box.

Saul & Karolina at reception were excellent! They took care of any request I had & were so helpful.

The staff were great and the pool was a nice touch to relax by. The bed was really comfortable and room cleaned well each day.

we were really excited to stay here and overall were disappointed. They kindly moving us from our first room because it was cramped and dark and was really loud by the restaurant. the rooms are quite run down and pictures must be quite old. location isn’t great but we didn’t mind the walk.

Very friendly personnel. Very comfy beds. Food and drinks were very good. Nice little pool area.

Better to take a taxi to the city centre than walking there.

A little oasis a short walk from the centre of Oaxaca. We stayed in room 2 which has direct access to the pool which was welcome treat from the heat. The hotel is next to the bar/restaurant Mixtu and it’s here that you get your breakfast - there’s great selection so you never get bored! We also got to see some Mexican Wrestling at the nearby bar Aurora which we definitely wouldn’t have come across if we weren’t passing.

The location was not too far to anything to do! I loved how accessible the tours were and how helpful the staff were!
