キッチン設備がある程度整っており、朝食を自分たちで作れたところ。黒毛和牛をスーパーで買ってきて、料理した。電子レンジと電子ポットもあり、良かった。朝食はとっても満足！場所も割とよく、長崎駅から徒歩圏、もっと近くにもバス停や路面電車の駅があり、便利だった。ホテルとは関係ないけど、長崎市内観光するには、長崎バスの１日券（スマホ版）がオススメ。市内のバス代で元がすぐ取れるし、観光施設が割引になってお得だった。

洗濯機の有無を部屋ごとに明記してほしい。最初、洗濯機のあるトリプルルームを予約したが、日程変更のためファミリールームに変更した。この部屋にも洗濯機があると思っていたが、到着時に洗濯機がなくてショックだった。また、部屋から出るとき、ロックが解除されず、高速バスの時間があるのに、なかなか出られなくて焦った。写真のような状態にするとロックが解除された。さらに、お風呂のお湯張りで、お湯が溢れそうになるまで自動で止まらず、体をつかるときに溢れた。２泊目は自分で途中で止め、３泊目は、お湯の量を調整しようと試みたけど、できずにエラーメッセージがしつこく出て、シャワー中のお湯も止まって嫌になった。

位置方便易找，房間乾淨，浴室內有烘衣功能，方便每天洗衣乾衣，非常棒。門口便有泊車位，约500／700 yen 一晚；另外，行5至10分鐘有很多便利店，還有燒肉店和居酒屋。購物也很方便，長崎AMU Plaza亦在附近。
