AUApartments are in a central location giving easy access to transport, Restaurants and attractions very walkable. The office Reservation staff are fantastic very courteous and any issues that came up were dealt with very quickly.
The apartment is a little dated and could do with a freshen up.

The access instructions were slightly inaccurate. It said go to the first floor when you actually had to go to the second floor. The shower door doesn't keep the water in very well so you had to mop up after a shower. There was no coffee machine either when it advertised it on the property details.

No one came to clean our room for whole stay, studio room has lots of storage but there is just one small mirror in bathroom which is so inconvenient, no full size mirror, bathroom was very small, shower door was very difficult to open and close, pillows on bed are extremely uncomfortable..
ROThe property is located in a very nice place on the Pest side of the city, close to public transportation and many sights, restaurants and bars. It is a huge, spacious apartment, with modern furnishings and ample space for up to four people. It is a really good choice for any kind of trip to Budapest, as the apartment is quite silent (apart from some normal noises from the neighbors). The shower door can leak a bit of water, and the kitchen is not very well equipped, so you won’t be making any huge meals, but there is so much to taste in Budapest, that you really won’t be missing that. It’s a solid choice, I would safely bet that almost anyone would love to stay here.

Rude staff who where very unhelpful when we struggled to find the property
ROAUWell positioned and clean, modern shower however needs shelving for products and there was only one hook for towels
We needed some clear instructions on the use of the actual door handle and the locking and unlocking of the door! We had to get help when we first arrived. Took a while to realise there was an actual key to find in the lock system Bed side lamps would be a good addition to the comfort of the unit.

It was cold & raining when we arrived at the property. I rang the number booking.com gave me Was told it was disconnected. Send an email no reply. Found an email from the property given a reception address. I was send an email during transit & with no internet did not get it. It was cold standing out side the property a local from the building took us in until the could get the codes to enter the property. This was an unacceptable experience.
