ROBig apartament, 2 bathrooms, all the necessary amenities, very close to the subway, supermarket nearby and at the entrance of the building.
There was no TV in the bedroom.

GRAn amazing apartment with all the necessary things. It has two bedrooms and 2 big sofas, a big kitchen with all the utilities, one WC and one bathroom. Plenty of room, very nice, new and very well located.

Poor WiFi

Checking in process is a nightmare. Never got sent the codes, they don’t answer the phone, they hung up on me. Then finding the apartment was also a nightmare. Took far too long to get in. Another couple had the same problem and was knocking on our door at 9pm at night. Please sort your checking in process and have staff available to answer the phone for issues. Stood around in the freezing code while trying to sort it out, ruined the start of our holiday. Heating cannot be controlled.
