We left this place within 4 to 5 hours as we felt unsafe there

I did not get to stay here they took my money and never refunded it back, my advice to anyone is to never try to stay here, this place is a scam!

Tried to rent a Private Room w Shared Bathroom- however was given a bunk bed in a Dormitory- I canceled and requested refund which was never received - also never checked into property - am still waiting for refund

Service, accommodations, no booking found. I show them booking confirmations but still they not agreed to give us 2 rooms. At last after long wait and argument they gave one room which has door through shearing room that not expected. On other room shearing room with 3 bunk bed. I said I paid for 2 rooms needs sepret privet room but they haven’t got. I ask for refund but they don’t understand. We can’t stay one night so we left 7 o’clock LAX Guest House.
