LAX guest house

There was no breakfast. The only good thing is it was close to the airport.

Soon as I got there which was 9pm, one hour before 10 pm which the check ins closed. Some guy working there said there are no available rooms. Showed a board which clearly showed there was an available room. Instructed me to call Booking.com to get another hotel. After Booking intervened he suddenly changed his mind. The place smelled. Every single person in the building looked sketchy. Some woman who also looked sketchy told me not to talk on the phone at 8am. There was no warnings for this or rules instructed. I don't know how this was even allowed on booking.com. It's a sketchy hostel at it's best.

I made my reservation through Booking. When I arrived at the hostel, the door was closed and there was no staff available. There was only a phone number written on a sign to call. I don’t have a U.S. phone number because I’m a foreign traveler, but I managed to get help from another guest who was staying there. They called the owner so he could come and check me in. The other guests were not allowed to open the door for me. The owner never showed up. I waited for more than an hour outside on the street at night, in the cold, with my luggage, in an unsafe neighborhood. The owner did not respond, so I ended up paying for a much more expensive hotel nearby. When I contacted them to request a refund since I never received the service I paid for, they did not respond. The Booking.com help center refused to take responsibility, saying that the owner told them there were no issues. This reservation is a scam and should not be listed on Booking.

Platba byla potvrzena, stržena z účtu a na recepci Vám starší muž lámanou angličtinou spíše španělsky řekne, že hotel je plný ať odejdete a vyřídíte si to s bookingem sami, samozřejmě vám nikdo ani po 14 dnech nevrátí peníze.

I didn't like anything. I want to warn those people who are not from the state, don't go there. It's not safe. There is no signboard for the property.
