LAX guest house

Location is good. It's OK for the price.

Maybe a little more interaction with the guests. But generally speaking it's ok. Thank you very much.

The staff was uninterested, and a noisy fan ran all night. Electric heater didn't work.

Place full of junkies and homeless people. Smell of marihuana all over the place. The attitude of the reception is discussing, he insulted other guests that tried to help me

I was scammed out of my money and left out on the st

My money not being refunded paying for nothing I had no where to stay the assistant manger was asleep no one answered the phone for complaints or days before

Only the location, nothing else

If I didn’t miss my flight last minute i would definitely run away from this place. It’s a shame this place is run this way because it’s got great location for airport runs. Neighborhood is not safe for walking around though. There’s a bus stop nearby to LAX. Or Uber was around $25. Male receptionist was rude, shady, disrespectful and weird af. Really scary vibes. He’d talk down to you as if he’s doing you a favor by letting you stay even if you’re a paying guest. Tells you to go elsewhere. Same guy at reception day and night. The rooms are smelly and dirty, only 1 bathroom for like almost 20 people. Upper bunks no curtain like at the lower. They got residents too. Thankfully I survived for few hours but need to warn others.
