"Finger weg! Betrug."

Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft. Wir haben vor Ort unser gebuchtes Doppelzimmer nicht erhalten, weil die Unterkunft รผberbucht gewesen sei. Stattdessen wollte man uns in einem Gemeinschaftszimmer mit 6 Personen unterbringen. Wir sind direkt umgedreht und haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Bei booking hat die Unterkunft im Nachgang angegeben, dass sie uns adรคquat untergebracht hรคtten. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Der Kundenservice von booking ist ein Totalausfall. Jetzt lรคuft es รผber meinen Anwalt. Finger weg von der Unterkunft und am besten von booking.

Very clean For a budget accommodation this place is cleaner than some 3 star hotels in America.

"Disaster!"

At 1st I thought it was cleaned, but then realized everything was broken.

Staff were very mean, unprofessional and no blankets, no pillow was ready on my arrival. One shower to share with 10 other Homeless people! They gave me the wrong room and the owner told us for no reason she doesnโ€™t care if we leave.
