Casanova Dalat Hotel

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—everything is easily accessible, and the views from both the room and the bar are absolutely stunning. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the entire hotel was spotless.

The only downside was that the mattresses were quite firm, which might not be ideal for everyone. However, overall, I can highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The view is amazing. A very quiet hostel, i wouldn't recommend if you want to socialise, but excellent if you want some alone time.

The lockers don't work. Staff don't offer the service to book your next bus to the next location.

I've made a booking for the Queen room with Patio for 2 days, which was nice, the room wasn't as cold as expected. Stay was decent. Bed was comfy for a good rest

I've extended a day stay, and messaged the hotel 3-4 das ahead of time and all they had was a family room, I asked for a balcony which they agreed, I've also agreed to a higher price. After arrival and payment, I found out the room was not with balcony. And instead it was in the middle of the hotel. This was the worst spot you can be in...... EVERY PERSON that walked on the lobby, coming down stairs, going to the other room.... it can all be heard.... That room should not be a room..... it's insane how much noise it can be till 23:00-00:00..... Its in the B level Room 101....avoid it at all cost.... even if you have to change a hotel.... do not get this room.

I loved the room - I had a deluxe double with bath. The bath was lovely and deep and there was plenty of hot water. The hotel is in a pretty building, in an area close to town but quiet. It’s kept very clean, and the staff are really friendly. Comfy bed too and plenty of sockets for charging devices.

There were a few details that were confusing or could be improved. For instance, although there was a kettle in the room there were no cups with handles for making tea, or any tea bags or coffee/hot chocolate sachets. Considering how cold Dalat can be in winter, it would be great if the hotel had a few electric room heaters for guests to borrow. I went on a day tour to the pine forest nearby and it rained all day, I was cold when I got back and my room was too!

Free upgrade upon arrival to deluxe room with bathtub and great view due to an „booking error“. Much appriciate it for the first night!

The second night was in our booked category „standard room“ and we stayed in a room with a window facing the hallway, where the housekeeping area was. Very noisy all night ! It was located in the basement (-2 floor), right next by the family like home stay. Bathroom was combination between shower and toilette in one room. Highly disappointed.
