Casanova Dalat Hotel

I only stayed one night at Casanova but really enjoyed my stay. I originally booked a dorm bed because I just needed somewhere to stay before taking a bus the day after, the owner/receptionist offered me a special rate to upgrade this reservation to a private room with nice city view. My room and the hotel overall was very clean, comfortable bed too. The owner's commitment to sustainability was also a big plus, they have water filter station that you can refill your water bottle anytime. They also use stain steel straw instead of single use ones when you order drink from the cafe. Highly recommend!

I like the location and vibe of the hotel.

The room a bit small and the fans too loud to use also dont have refrigerator inside the room.

staffs, letting my dogs stay for free even though they were quite big and there were 2 of them. Also they had a nice cafe looking out. our room had no windows nor a view but had 2 nice queen size bed for comfort and I did not mind at all as it was a last minute reservation just before the new year's eve. The price was too nice even though it was the New Year's eve. Water pressure was strong and hot. wifi worked well. Next time I will get the room with a view but it is only for 2 people. We were 3. GET a room that has a window as it has a terrific view.

the floors had hair and dusts.... it could've been cleaner. bathroom could have been cleaned better because it smelled bit bad too. As I had two dogs, I did not complain. Just the cleanliness could be improved.

The staff was awesome & very helpful. The location was good from sunset roof there’s good view.

Just that room did not had any view but that’s ok cause pantry area had better view.

The photos on website seem to raise high expectations

The location is perfect to me, not far from center (~1km to Dalat Market) but quiet and peace. There are a lot of small food shop/drinking places with delicious foods, e.g. sticky rice shop, Nhau 369, Homemade rice Hoi do, morning coffee shop Bui, etc. Love this place.
