Casanova Dalat Hotel

The overall design of the hotel is very nice, quaint and comfortable. The seating area at the ground floor is very pretty with potted plants and big windows allowing natural light and great view looking down at Dalat town. There were also loads of electric plug points to charge phone beside each table at the lounge. Refillable filtered water station provided which I'm ecstatic about. NICE hot shower with strong pressure which is necessary for the cold temperature climate.

My bathroom had this pee/ sewage stench. I wasn't sure if it was the plumbing problem or maybe the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. The smell was quite unbearable the first day, but maybe I got used to it but it wasn't so bad my second night.

The location is great, it has city view, we can stand in room and see Da Lat city with the lights at night. I also really love the bathtub, we can use it to do something chilling with partner/spouse. It's suitable for couple 🥰

I hope that they will provide more trash bins in the room and an internal phone for each room to let us contact to receptionist more convenient. - A little bit of unprofessional when the receptionist didn't take note our motorbike rental time and gave the wrong my partner's ID card, we spent a bit of time to find out the correct one.
