B&B Izumi Nikko

Nice view from the terrace, perfectly clean and comfortable premises. Izumi picked us from the station and drove us back, breakfasts (both continental and Japanese) were perfects.

Prachtige en rustige ligging met mooi ingerichte kamer. Een terras met zicht op een schilderachtig landschap met een klaterend beekje. Supervriendelijke gastheer. Lekker ontbijt. Privé parkeerplaats.

Niets negatiefs te vinden. Alles perfect.

The room and bathroom were very neat & clean. The outlook from the private balcony was beautiful. Izumi-san made gluten free Japanese breakfast for me both days

We had a car so it was fine, but it’s a little bit out of the way. You could do it without a car though

La ubicación de la habitación, exactamente al lado del río, que producía un sonido arrullador muy agradable y la vista al bosque que quedaba frente a la terraza de la habitación

De gehele b&b. Gastheer Izumi san is fantastisch. Heerlijk Japans ontbijt. De b&b ligt op loopafstand van de beroemde Nikko shrines.

Our host made a huge effort with breakfasts and was so welcoming. The tranquillity and the sound of the running stream was delightful. Even got yo see a monkey and heard they have wild deer to.

Probably the road leading to the accommodation, it was a bit narrow at times for oncoming traffic.

Izumi is een zeer attente gastheer die het zijn gasten op alle mogelijke manieren naar de zin maakt. Het is een authentiek Japanse b&b in een mooie natuurlijke omgeving. We kregen veel uitleg over het reilen en zeilen. Een zeer smakelijk japans ontbijt Izumi haalde ons op en bracht ons terug naar het station. Harumi gaf me nog enkele zelfgemaakte origamivouwwerken kado.

Eigelijk niets, maar de locatie is nogal afgelegen. Doordat Izumi haalt en brengt is dat een meevaller.
