The accommodation was very clean and conveniently located. We had a problem with the keys upon check-in but the team was incredibly helpful and efficient. We also appreciated the welcome items they prepared, do show their thoughtfulness towards our visit.

The only downside is the check-in time is a bit late especially during winter. It gets dark when we check-in at 16:00 If check-in time can be arranged between 15:00 to 15:30, it would be a big help.

L'appartement est spacieux, propre. Avec deux chambres et des vrais lits ça change de canapé-lit que certains hôtels proposent pour le troisième client. La cuisine est bien équipée, l'hôte a eu la gentilesse de preparer du lait, du beurre dans le frigo , des biscuits et autres aliments, ce qui nous a vraiment aidés car nous sommes arrivés après 21h! L'établissement se trouve à un endroit pratique, une supérette est à deux minutes de marche.

Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and importantly for us all remnants of previous kitchen users had been removed. The en-suite shower wall attachment was faulty, so that the height of the shower head could not be adjusted. The staff assured us they would rectify this minor inconvenience. The lift was helpful and the house itself was quiet, the street is however a bit loud, but acceptable. The location is fantastic; just a 15 min walk over the Cam and through the park to the town centre. Have stayed in at least 5 apartments in Cambridge so far, all in the same price category; this was the best. Fully recommendable!

Nice location, safe heating was good parking was goid although I had to call on arrival to ensure I didn't get a ticket

Nice but certain bits were not as luxurious as I would expect based on the very expensive price such as the bath panel was gaping. No toilet roll holder so had to twist and stretch up to locate toilet paper l. Cracks on the walls near ceiling and an underlying smell of smoke. Not worth this amount of money i had to call to ensure I didn't get a ticket this should have been done before arriving i think the toiletries specifically the shower gel was watered down

It was like staying in a very nice hotel with a fully equipped living room and kitchen—extremely comfortable. We were fortunate enough to have a spacious two-bedroom unit with a balcony that stretched across both sides of our apartment. It was wonderful to be able to step outside and enjoy the beautiful view of Cambridge. We didn’t have a car, but having the option to park off street is awesome.
