the security staff were nice, good view

We had to walk up five flights of stairs just to get to the restaurant and 7 to get to reception, without having an alternative travel option ( we were staying on the second highest floor too). We got a bit of brown cream on the sheets the morning of checkout and we had to pay $195 AUD for the clean up, they will milk you for every penny you have. they have a spa and wellness centre although the cheapest option is $90 AUD, you have to pay extra to get anywhere as it is not close to any shops or convenience stores, the outside of the hotel is extremely unsafe particularly for two young girls so we had several issues with getting inside our hotel after a day out. Extremely disappointed as we paid a lot for our stay. Do not recommend!

spacious clean comfortable room. nice decor & balcony. petal bath. infinity pool.

the road to the hotel in bad state. it isn’t near other amenities like other bars & restaurants. need to cover fruit and honey at breakfast.
