very spacious room, with Tv and aircon. breakfast included was good. people at the reception desk were very helpful. This is good value for money compared to the other place I stayed at in Lusaka

as it is close to a main road, it is noisy at night. but nothing that a good pair of earplugs won’t fix!

location , easy to locate

the breakfast was not an english breakfast. the staff refused to accept USD for my payment and ended up charging me more after converting to Kwacha

VERY comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, big breakfast.

Low water pressure from the showers and WC doesn't function well. A bit of maintenance work required.

Breakfast is good, given the package, it is value for money.

Breakfast service is slow if one is in a hurry, for instance attending business meetings. Restaurant services don't appear to be ready to host large numbers of guests.

Room was clean, hotel located just by the side of the main road, several malls nearby the hotel. Breakfast was amazing. 🤩

There were no bathtub drain stopper/plugs. Called the front desk about it but we couldn't be assisted with the stopper so it was a hustle to take a bath, even the shower head wasn't useful as it spread water outside the tub. 🙄 TV channels were very limited and the whole thing was just not clear. Only ricoffee was available for coffee in the room; would have liked to have had a choice of Nescafé or some other coffee. There were no floor mats in the room, floor was pretty cold🥶 a mat would have been nice at least by the bed. We occupied one of the rooms on the other side of the hotel (back) and the view from that side eeeeer not a pleasant one. Perhaps the rooms on the side of the road have a better view. The door to our room had a hole-seemed like the lock was replaced but not well done so that kinda made me uneasy.

I was expecting buffet for breakfast fast but nevertheless it was good despite being told to pay for drinking water Located is good jus the noise of the traffic on the highway

The staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast had a wide selection. The room was very spacious and modern with everything I needed. Great location. Within walking distance to everywhere I needed to be.. I had a fantastic time and look forward to staying again in the future. Special thanks to the General Manager who is always there to check on the hotel standards.

Very big and comfy room. We enjoyed having the comfy bed, spacious bathroom, good wifi (this is very rare for Lusaka) and TV with international news channels. Restaurant food was okay

- The receptionist always seems miserable. Both times checking in doesn’t feel very welcoming. This is rare a country as friendly as Zambia. - The location wasn’t close to the centre and also not in a desirable area. When we tried ordering food, the order was rejected due to the fact that “it was too dangerous for the drivers to deliver to the area”.

Location, room rates, breakfast, staff (including GM who graciously permitted us 3am early check-in at no additional cost).
