The rooms are spacious

-The rooms were smelling bad & was not fully cleaned -Towels at the bathrooms were so old, and so hard -Electricity was cutting many times, that we can stay for hours in the dark, no back up Electricity and imagine we were staying at 4th floor and we had to take stairs -They cook the same thing everyday for breakfast & serve you so little that if you ask for a bigger portion they refuse -

The staff offered to prepare the breakfast earlier for us as we were checking out early in the morning

Cleanliness to be improved in toilets

Located on the ground floor and easily accessible. The information sheet says breakfast is starting at 7 am while in reality, the Chef is arriving at 7 am. Breakfast is pre-ordered and might take some time to prepare

The floor tiles in the room were loosely fitted and would make some notice stepping on the loose tiles.

The room had enough space, good bed and beddings. The reception people also served very well.

The food from the restaurant was good however the food was taking so long to be prepared that some customers in hurry were getting out with eating their ordered food.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. I would recommend the hotel anytime.
