Hotel Africana

The hotel didn't have rooms for us because others had extended their stays and they didn't bother to inform me. They found a place for us at Centre Lodge, which was not good.

The place had no WiFi the whole night. The staff knew but to every client who cane in they lied that we just lost internet and it will be restored soon. The room smelled bad, sheets were torn, white towels have changed color to dark

The Hotel is ideally located towards Kafue side of Lusaka so ideal for travelers

The whole hotel was woken up by some inconsiderate car racers who were also guests who revved their cars and then checked on and woke up our entire floor. This should have been handled by the hotel security, but it appears to have been allowed, and the to the racers their impunity was despicable. I feel that allowing 4 or 5 guests misbehavior to ruin the stay of the entire hotel should not have been allowed to the point they should have been asked to leave.

The staff were really nice and always willing to help. The hotel is very clean and the location was good, with access to malls and the CBD.

Nothing that I recall. All was very ok.

They argue on exchange rate and make you pay more. Same case with my colleague. They gave me a room with a non functioning bath tube. I had to complain. They pretended it was fixed while not. Had to insist before they gave me another room. Power run out the moment I wanted to take elevator. Fortunately I was not inside. But no lights for hours. And no excuse from m the staff. Could not fix it

Staff is okay 👍. Very large room. I love the big space in the room. Confortable bed. Room was clean. Nice Roadside view from my room. Some malls are closed to the hotel. Bathroom is okay.. Breakfast was okay. Good for the value . Maybe best price at Lusaka

I can't understand what's the interest of that door from my room to another room. Close the door.
