Spacious room with shower 🚿 cubicle

- Power cuts and lack of reliable backup facilities at all times. - Staff didn't exhibit a lively and welcoming attitude - no information unless you inquired??? - Meals served cold????

No TV channel for local chanbel Lack face or medium cloth for bathing Need to attend bathroom back breathing smell, was happy when I told them they changed my room.

The rooms are very spacious and apparently clean

The bathroom was also spacious and clean, but i did not like the odor coming out of it. It has a tube. I prefer a shower. I think the shower it is more hygienic. The tiles are wibling a really good place, but I think they use cheap materials

Shocking organization. They cant process payments and held us hostage even though we had no control over the payment. They had to process it and didn't know how to. Firstly didn't allow us into the hotel, eventually did after hours. Then didn't release us as they still hadn't sorted out the payment from their end. The staff were rude and unhelpful with the whole situation.
