The property is well maintained inside and the room was a good size.

The staff is very rude and offensive. We felt very unwelcome. The back up generator is switched off at 11pm and no flashlight or candles are provided by the hotel so you are stuck in complete darkness. The price when booking with booking.com and the actual price you have to pay at check in is not the same. There is no assistance with luggage upon check out so you have to carry your luggage by yourself down 4 flights of stairs. It is definitely not a home away from home. I've stayed in hotels all over Zambia and this is by far the worst experience ever.

Breakfast was good The Staff were kind ,helpful, accommodating and very welcoming.

The facilities were worn off: -My bathroom flashing was an issue. -Hot water pressure was too low -Basic things such as soaps was not provided -Bad odour from the bathroom -The bathtub kept spilling out black dirts with very bad odour -My Ac was not working
