Twelve Oaks Inn

The only thing I liked about the property was the location. It was close to most of the activities and the restaurants.

What I didn’t like about the property was the beds were very uncomfortable, with lots of dips. The room was musty and the air conditioner was very irregular. Had issues with the guest above us running and stomping throughout the night and we asked the property owners to ask the guest to quiet down and they totally ignored the request. The staff was very inadequate.

Location

Have stayed here several times. Last couple of times, no ice machine. Had to go to office for ice. Staff was very accommodating those times. This time, however, rang bell for someone in office to get ice, could see thru their curtain. They knew I was there and didn’t bother to get up to see what I needed.

The breakfast was exceptionally good. The selection was excellent.

I have a absolutely no complaints.

Everything was adequate. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Needs deep cleaning
