I was able to leave with at least 1 day refund

We arrived at 1:40 am Saturday morning when we got to the room it was disgusting not clean at all there were bed bugs I should have slept in my car I would have felt better i am pregnant and this is unacceptable we had early morning reservations and a full day of activity left that morning didn't come back until 5 we packed our stuff and left we received only one day refund for the entire 3 day booking even considering the fact we didn't even arrive until Saturday I will never stay here again and I highly recommend that they take their jobs more seriously families come to have a wonderful vacation the last thing they should worry about is bed bugs and hair all over the tub or God knows what other corners they cut.

Love this place! The value and the overall experience is wonderful! I especially like the fact that they use actual keys instead of those cards like everyone else. ,

Good value, playground and grill next door and nice pool, okay breakfast…had all the typical things.

Just explain where the rooms are and how to get to them..that will help so many people out ..

Parking.

Toilet was low to the ground. No microwave. If you didn't pay cash their was a charge of $3.00 a day added to your bill. If you checked in or out early an additional charge of $20.00.
