Location was bril staff were outstanding air con was unreal it was cheap for 3 nights for the service we got pool was clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you would definitely stay here again

Location was good since it was walking distance to a 7-11 and several restaurants and cafes. We got a deluxe double room and it was very spacious. The air conditioning cooled down the room quickly. Water heater was also working properly. The kitchen had the basics - utensils, induction cooker, pan, refrigerator. Internet was fast and stable enough to do work and video calls. The property provides daily water and toiletry kit refills without asking them to. The property also has a swimming pool and coffee vending machine at the ground floor. You can buy beverages, snacks, and other toiletries at the front desk. They also offer laundry services for 50 baht per kilo. You can also arrange an airport taxi service with them for 600 baht.

The room didn't have good ventilation. There was an exhaust fan in the kitchen and the bathroom but there were very minimal windows. We got a non-smoking room but since a smoking area is located at the landing of each floor, you will smell some cigarette smoke wafting through. Soundproofing isn't as good so it might not be recommended if you're a light sleeper. Beds were also too firm than we're used to.

The bedrooms themselves are great, really big, massive bed and TV. Nice clean bathrooms and really nice to have a kitchen with a big fridge and you could even cook if you wanted to.

The overall stay was ruined slightly over the hire of a bike through the hotel. We hired a bike for 2 days and when we came down the second morning the back tyre was flat. We asked if the tyre could be pumped up but instead but we’re told that we would have to pay for a replacement. We have rented bikes for 4 months all over south east Asia and this has never happened before. Previously they have just pumped the tyre up for us with no problems. We refused to pay for this as it wasn’t our fault and asked for our money back for the second days hire. After going back and forth with the receptionist for about ten minutes we got this back. We then went to Samui cycle hire who rented us a bike and we had no problems at all. I would stay here again but definitely not rent a bike as this seemed like a regular occurrence. One other thing is that although there is a nice pool it’s surrounded by all of the downstairs rooms so you feel a bit awkward using it and there are only 3 sun loungers, two of which are outside one of the bedrooms.

All good but, format of resort is outdated,

there was very bad smell, damp room. everything was wet. dirty linen. also when I came, they asked me for a cash deposit and there was nothing about that in a confirmation email or listing.
