Everything here is top quality.. More like an apartment than a hotel room . Staff are helpful and kind . Pool is so relaxing.

Location isn't great but as you would need transport to explore the island the location was ok as a starting point.

New build hotel with small pool, large rooms, equipped kitchen and huge bed! Laundry can be done on site and you can also hire a scooter without need for deposit or passport which is handy. 300 baht deposit needed for room key on arrival, worth noting. Location is around 10-15 mins walk to lamai beach but lots of food places around. Negatives about our stay were more memorable than the positives unfortunately.. although the rooms themselves are well soundproofed, upon hanging the doors, they left a 2cm gap all the way round. So you can hear every foot step, every door close, every cough/burp/sneeze from the whole floor. In addition to this, zero soundproofing has been applied to the plumbing in the building. We heard every shower and every flush at all hours of the morning. I woke at 5.45 with the manager it seems. Theres also a very strong smell of perhaps damp? Coming from the shower drain. The owner mentioned a smell when we came in and turned on fans which cleared it but it always came back. This hotel is essentially full of muay thai customers so its definitely not a party hotel which we enjoyed. Keep in mind only a few rooms have a balcony so unless you specifically book one, you have no outdoor space and there arent really spots around the pool that get sun. One final note, we tried to give a stray cat with a broken leg some water from a plant pot and the manager lost her mind at me and my partner. Were 29 + 32 so we didnt appreciate a scolding for something so menial

1. The manager was very helpful! She even helped me to sew my pants that broke! 2. The room was nice and spacious. Everything was clean and kept in good condition. 3. The kitchen was a nice bonus. I didn’t cook anything, but it was nice to have a microwave to heat up leftover food that I brought home. 4. The bathroom was nice. There was good shelving for all your products. The shower was big as well! 5. The air con in the room was very quiet and there was also a ceiling fan included. 6. Motorbike parking was free and easily accessible. 7. I was in room 101, which in my opinion was the best in the building. It’s close to reception and faces out to the pool. There was also two comfy sun lounges out the front of the room, which were used often. 8. Reception is open 24/7 and has some snacks and drinks available to purchase. There’s also a selection of books to read. 9. There’s a 7/11 150m away at the end of the street.

1. The room wasn’t very sound proof. 2. The bed is a little hard, but I didn’t have any back pain. It’s hard to fault this hotel. I enjoyed it so much I extended my stay.
