"Great villa & pool for a large group"

Breakfast was great - great staff prepared a variety of meals each morning Also sorted the laundry for us. The garden was a relaxing oasis next to the beautiful pool

We had an amazing stay at this villa K in Seminyak! Our group of 7 people fit perfectly, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed, and the common areas made it easy for us to spend time together. The private pool was a highlight — refreshing and well-maintained, perfect for cooling off after exploring Seminyak. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed, from arranging transport to recommending great local spots. The villa is in a fantastic location, close to cafes, restaurants, and the beach, yet still quiet and peaceful when you want to rest. Overall, it was the perfect getaway for our group, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The warmth and attention of Gede and Tika made the stay super comfortable. They had a solution for every need. They were available when we needed them. Super guys to have around.

The owners have to make some long term improvements

Second time staying at the property, first time 12yrs ago. Still amazing property. Big, comfy beds, private. Lovely hosts. So nice to come back on my birthday to find flowers on my pillow.

A great set up for a group of friends traveling together. Still allowing for personal space. Close to Seminyak central, good restaurants and cafes. Here and Tika were lovely and did a fantastic job looking after all of our needs.

The rooms were clean, spacious and private. Great having aircon in every room and a tv. The pool and outdoor spa were AMAZING, offering full sun and shade! Fantastic villa for a group as there is so much space. Staff were excellent- cleaned the villa everyday and were always willing to help (let us store our luggage for our late flight). Wonderful bathrooms!! Huge bathtubs in three rooms! Will definitely be back!!

Nothing!! Absolutely fabulous! Maybe an option for Netflix in room 2.

Staff service was really good, it was easy to reach out over WhatsApp and replies were prompt. It was very sweet of them to surprise us with birthday decoration in the living area when requested.

Kitchen facilities were a little old but it didn't bothered us as we ate out. Cleanliness was acceptable but could be improved. Staff tidied up the place daily but sheets were not changed.
