Nothing i like with this hotel!

The room is too dirty! Bathroom is too small and dirty! The bed sheet is dirty! The towel is unusable, too much lint! The environment is dirty! The room ceiling got holes and falling apart! And they charge RM119.95 for the shit hole! Not even giving a drinking water! No cloth hanger! Not even a table inside! Room is too small, but they shove 1 single bed and a queen single bed inside. No room to move! The room door are dirty and not secure! This hotel are not fit to accommodate people! Even a stray dog sleep better!

The location was very convenient since it’s located in the city. Overall, only the bed was comfy enough.

There was no breakfast. I booked for 1 deluxe room for 1 adult (Queen sized bed with window) but the staff gave me twin size beds with no windows with very unclean bedsheets, vanity table, dirty bathroom window with no maintenance. And no TV, no window.

Don't like a single thing. Worst, feel like being scammed. I need REFUND!

The toilet's faucet are not working. the ceiling looks like its about to collapse, the floor is not clean, can smell the moth balls with no ventilation, the bed OMG i can see some red stains! probably wine but i'm expecting the worst. Tried to contact them and ask for refund or negotiate but no answer. overall the picture shown is not meant to be in reality.

Tooooo bad. Cheated by the nice photos of room showed in the booking.com, I was so disappointed with the actual condition. I cancelled the room and asked for refund but failed 😡

Do not book this room, you will regret.
