Tui Ridge Eco Cabins

What a little gem! The views from the tree house were incredible, and it was extremely private and serene. Everything was immaculate. The bathroom was gorgeous - the most beautiful views! Loved that there were motion sensor lights to guide you to the bathroom at night, which is a short walk away. The hosts were lovely, and made us feel very welcomed.

It was a nice retreat away from the crowds of everywhere at xmas time. It was located easy to get to from the holiday spots. I loved the birdlife and the sound of the wind in the trees. The bed was comfy and smelt clean.

Walking at night out to the toilet was a minus for me. The kitchen area was a bit "rough and ready"-did the job though. The jug on the gas hob did not whistle to let me know it had boiled.

This is something different. If your ok with staying in a place that basic this is for you. Cabin is small but and surprisingly warm.

There is no power in cabin to charge phone. I really didn't mind as I was only staying for one night

It was a fantastic location, surrounded by trees and beautiful NZ countryside, fresh air whistling through the pines, green everywhere you looked and secluded and secure. Warm welcome from the owner and her beautiful dog.

I would have liked a little more room to unpack my suitcase, a screen in the window, a shelf in the toilet/ shower, a brighter light in the room, torch supplied was a little faulty.

The location was beautiful. Lovely place . Very relaxing.

Cabins were quirky but nicely decorated, very clean and all essentials provided. Plenty of comforters were provided so the beds were lovely and warm

super cosy and peaceful stay, the bed was comfortable and we had access to all the facilities needed and the host came out and explained everything when we arrived which made it super easy ❤️
