The peacefulness, and the natural beauty of the environment. Loved the eco-friendly facilities and very comfortable accommodation was perfect at such an affordable price. Lovely hosts.

That I couldn't stay longer

Nice location with pretty views. Cute little cabin.

Wifi was very spotty and only available in kitchen area. Also only a BBQ or small hot plate to cook on so if you are planning to cook meals here come prepared. Could definitely do with some more solar lights around the property as it is very dark at night getting to kitchen/toilet areas. Shower was Luke warm so couldn’t stay in long enough to enjoy the view

I sent an email to you earlier as I was unable to stay due to No WiFi as advertised, Spiders in outside toilet shower as open to nature not enclosed..don't worry she said I sray them in the morning. Bad lighting and no path from cabin to where kitchen and WiFi was meant to be able to be accessed. She was very rude and abrupt. Tried to tell me must be my phone or company Im with. ..I have the latest samsung. Her husband tried to tell her its not the company its the wifi...she then said well were rural. If you advertise you have it avaliable then it should be as I had work I needed to post etc.No step up onto porch OH&S issue. Very rude about gate code as I'd not received it. I rang her and she was blatantly rude over the phone and I was not made to feel welcomed. Very poor attempt at eco living..they needed to disclose correct info...I get it rabbits are wildlife but with no path to walk on I've slipped on grass and had rabbit droppings all over shoes as I could smell when leaving and getting into the car. I then drove 25 mins into Tauranga and it was 10.15 pm and I was lucky that I could after 10 phone calls find someone who allowed me to book in due to the time. I was about to drive to police station as I thought I'd be sleeping in my car.!!! I will be expecting a full refund as I use booking.com for all my accomodation when travelling and appallling attempt by these people leaves me wondering how they actually stay open for business. Beautiful garden, horses, quiet place. Great idea about the shower and the way how it is arranged (view!). Perfect place to have a rest.

Was good but coffee had run out.

Unfortunately I was in a moon boot but had to carry my things which didn't help. Kirsten did offer the acc closer that I should have taken.

This place is way to overpriced in my opinion. I’ve been in some of these cabins or Arks in NZ and this was by far the most expensive one and definitely not as nice as the others given the price. The kitchen is very basic (there isn’t even a stove, only one (!) plate to cook on and the fridge was filthy) and more like on a campground-which would be okay if the price wouldn’t be as high as it is. The bathroom near the kitchen was very dirty and wouldn’t be cleaned during my 2 nights stay. As the owners answered some other comments regarding this quite sharp I have to add: yes, I understand that I have a bath near the cabin, but as this is shared with the treehouse and someone takes a shower I have to use the bath near the kitchen and can expect it to be clean! Also the gravel road to the property has been denied by the owners in another comment-but it’s there! If I would have known that I wouldn’t have booked the cabin. Also the shared bathroom hadn’t been cleaned during my stay, only the dustbin had been emptied. And if the owners may answer here and say it had been cleaned, well, then I have to say, you did a poor job!

Location was great for us - we enjoyed sitting outside and having great views over the orchards below
