Staff, breakfast, comfortable beds.

TV didn’t work, it was cold, the air conditioner did’t work in warm mode. I asked for 3 days to look at what was wrong with the TV and only on the 3rd day they told me that no one uses it and it doesn’t work in the whole hotel.

Спасибо большое за вкусные завтраки хозяйке кухни!!! У нас был ранний выезд и она пришла раньше и предложила кофе с бутербродами в дорогу. Была нашим переводчиком с парнем на рецепшин. Каждый день была уборка, есть лифт, тапочки и халаты. Полотенца меняли каждый день

в номере не было чая,кофе,воды. на этаже нет даже кулера. Отель находится на горке и около 500-700 м крутой подъем, на каблуках и с сумками тяжело подниматься

Im Badezimmer im Zimmer 305 hat es sehr stark nach Abfluss gestunken.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, the balcony was amazing with a beautiful view, and everything was clean. A very pleasant experience overall.

The breakfast was a bit simple. The juice was always very sour, almost as if it had gone bad. During housekeeping, our bed sheets were not changed, which was disappointing. The bed had two separate mattresses pushed together, which was a little uncomfortable. The location was okay overall, but if you are walking or using public transport, it can be difficult because the hotel is uphill. If you are using a taxi or car, there can also sometimes be issues getting in or out because the streets are narrow and there are quite a lot of cars. Walking to the city center takes around 30 minutes.
