First time in Tbilisi and we had a very positive overall impression of the city. The hotel has a convenient location in a picturesque old district (the streets are quite steep uphill, but you get used to it quickly). The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was a generous and varied buffet, with something new added each day. There is an elevator, which was a big help after long days of walking. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a balcony with a lovely view over the city down in the Kura River valley. Hot water was always available (sometimes it took a few minutes to run). On cool nights we used the A/C in heating mode and it worked well.

The TV in the room didn’t work (we didn’t report it because we didn’t really need it). There was also a noticeable sewage smell in the room, and the bathroom ventilation didn’t fully solve it—airing the room out helped a bit, but it was still unpleasant.

the stuff was nice but the tuilet smells bad and the towel was not enough, the bed was two single bed next to each other however i booked one double bed

the location is far from center, the blanket was not good for 2 person
