Kiki Tulum

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was perfect for our two day stay right before our son's wedding. Olivier communicated extremely well and answered questions quickly. It's in a good location and easy distance to a store and restaurants. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to friends.

It was a very modern and trendy accomodation, the owner Olivier and the staff were wonderfull!! If something was unclear there always was an answer. Room Itself was great beds were very large and the rooms where super! Recommending this one everytime!!

Overall nice building and apartments. Cool location with cafes and restaurants nearby.

Could have been nice with a sponge or dishwasher brush. Maybe a good idea with pool towels instead of the bathing towels. Just an idea. Pool area needs taking care of regarding planks and electric plugs in wall.

Recommend it but just make sure to buy raid for the mosquitos

The property was beautiful and just as pictured! We felt safe in the area and the restaurant and shopping are close by. We will definitely be coming.

what I liked about this property is the space offered, as a couple, it was more than enough for us, and in terms of decor it was great like the photos, the wifi which works well, the television in the living room area and the TV in the bedroom with Netflix account, YouTube, the two air conditioning which works well, all the facilities offered they have thought of everything you might need, details like (plastic trash cans, a bag to make small groceries, products in the kitchen and bathroom, enough towels etc...), The location of kiki was great for us since we had rented a car so we were lucky in that sense, they have a site, they provide you with all the information of cenotes, restaurants, outings, with prices, something that I found helpful. the host was responsive, he responded quickly, and I appreciate that, and also the concierge he don't bother you, we saw him once, no one bothers you there.

but the point that disturbed me and disrupted my peace and comfort in this apartment was the ants and mosquitoes that came in from the bathroom which is connected directly to the bedroom from the first night we noticed lines and crowds of large ants who actually lived in this room under the bed and around it even in the bed, everything that was beautiful it isnt no longer, since the bathroom contains a shower almost in the open air (already no privacy in your showers, I would prefer to have 2 types of showers an intimate one and a outdoor one, that keeps the balance and also the choice for the person), but anyway, so the little insects come in from there. The terrace is not maintained you can't even sit down because everything is dirt, the table and the two earpieces put there, everything is crowded with mosquito, insects, etc .... you can't even sit for 10 minutes in peace so we never used this space, which would have been better if it was just maintained, clean. for cleanliness, I give a 6/10, everything seems clean but when you touch it you realize that it is not, you need to iron everything. with the ants on the floor we had a ritual every evening of putting a anti-insect product that kills them before going out to be able to live in peace the night or the day after and it was the routine of every day otherwise it was hell. when I complained about the problem of ants and bugs, the host simply told me that it was normal because we are in the jungle. and he highlights that it's us human beings encroaching on their territory and recommend me to freely use the bug spray, and it's normal to see lizard or ant or any bug in there..... another message I received form the host one day, they told us that he can charge us to pay additionally for the towels if I am staining it, with sun Cream or make up so I was all day picking attention if I will dirty them without intention, so ridiculous....

The property was close to a lot of stuff, clean, safe location.

I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t clean, one of the day of my stay the electricity and water was out for about 3 hours.

Property was very specious and it is a new building

It was dirty when we checked in. Dust was everywhere, kitchen was dirty. The host was slow on responding to us, so no help from his end. The swimming pool on top was so dirty, that you won't swim in it. So we were not pleased with the service, neither with the cleaners of the room.

The place is not very big, but very welcoming and you can feel safe. Rooms are clean and big with very cure "bohemian " but simple design. The kitchen had everything you need and the overall location is great. This was my second time staying here as we, unfortunately, had a really bad experience with another place we booked and we had to move. Luckily there was some availability at Kiki so we moved here. I will definitely come back to Kiki.
