Nice apartment, fully aircondition and just as then photos suggest.

Nothing major. All was just fine. Aldea Zama is a new area and very confusing to find your way around, but after 3 days we got the hang of it.

Love my stay here .it was like a home away from home

the property was very comfortable and clean

communication with the host was poor, I sent several emails and didn’t get one response. Concierge was no where to be found. sole reason I booked this property was to book a massage and chef for my partners birthday - this was unable to happen. good place to stay if you want to be left alone with no communication or responses

The room was beautiful, clean an quiet but we had a problem with our room being too hot, the AC wasn't working and there wasn't anyobody at the property who could help us, Edgar (who was there when we checked in left a few minutes after) I called the # that appears on their website page and spoke to Oliver. He couldn't tell me exactly what to do or how long Edgar was going to take to go back and check the units for us, we had 3 small children and it was really frustrating not being able to communicate directly with someone at front desk, so keep that in mind if you have any issue dont expect someone to be at front desk. We literally had to leave the room and stay in our rental car to cool off beacause room got super hot that it was just unbearable, an hour later my husband went back to the room to grab our things because we were too tired, and needed it to find another stay, it was getting dark and we were hungry, Edgar wasn't even answering Oliver's calls so we knew we had to look for a solution ourselves. As soon as my husband turned on the AC again it started cooling, thats why we stayed. Edgar got there almost at 11pm and told us that they had the same issue that morning in another room and he just had to restar it, I wish we would've known that from the beginning so we didnt have to wait more than 6 hours. Area felt safe pool is amazing, the room like I said was beautiful but communication was poor and that made our stay terrible I'm definitely not coming back.

There was miscommunication and the host put all blame on the guest

Our stay was amazing. Especially one of the staff Edgar, was just simply amazing. He made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. He was always willing to help with whatever we needed at any given time. Mucho Gracias Edgar!

Great condo in a perfect location. Not too close to the centre and close enough to the beach. Edgar, the concierge, was fantastic and helped us with everything we needed. Olivier the host was also great, giving us some good recommendations and assistance. Would recommend Kiki

Everything were clean and neat.

I didn’t like dark light in bathroom so would like to bright light to see better and some of the flies everywhere in rooms so try to prevent them.
