Hunt House Quarters

Location across from a nice pub was great. Bed was comfortable. Shower required some dial tweaking to get the correct constant heat but once worked out was very good both in power and heat.

Was slightly bemused by the complimentary snack of two dry crackers each. Perhaps because the complimentary snack was mentioned prior to our visit, I had higher expectations. 😂 I would just leave out providing this.

La camera è bellissima e curata nei minimi particolari, accogliente, pulitissima, silenziosa insomma un sogno! Bellissima anche la posizione in mezzo alle campagne, ti puoi svegliare con in sottofondo il canto degli uccellini…il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile! Assolutamente consigliato e anzi spero di poterci tornare!

Fabulous properties. We booked 2 (one with kitchen and one without)and they were both wonderful, immaculate and so comfortable.

Great landlord. Super comfortable bed. Really charming all round. A great find and a so much better than staying at the Holiday Inn like all the others did!

Great location off the M1/M6 as a stop off. Nice room with everything we needed. Shared kitchen area worked well with tea and coffee in the room, fridge, kettle. Hairdryer.

An excellent return to Hunt House. The room was very comfortable and well equipped, and very quiet. The heating was responsive and effective, the WiFi was very good and the pre-arrival info was excellent. We had a very pleasant evening meal at the Red Lion across the road, and an excellent breakfast at the Tuning Fork ((5 min drive away).

The only niggle really is the amount of light that the comes into the room on these light mornings. The venetian blinds and frosted glass panel in the door do allow a lot of light in. Not a huge problem for me, but darker is always better for sleep!

Lovely room with cute decor. Host Wayne friendly and super organised with good communication.
