IEOhhhh the potential of this hotel…. But not well kept at all. We got a smelly bathroom, bad Wi-Fi, closed bars and stores. Very uncomfortable beds and the rooms generally needs a makeover.

The front door had a round handle that I couldn't press hard enough to open. One had to be very strong to open it. When my son wasn't with me, I had to go down and ask some neighbour to help me open the door!! Very frustrating.

FRThe room is not clean, I can see the stains on the glass surface of the desk, blankets have smells, sticky floor. Besides, with all doors and windows closed, I found 3 cockroaches inside the room. The WiFi coverage is very bad as well. The receptionist is not well trained to handle any questions, for example, she asked me to stay outside to get good WiFi connection, she let me wait for 1 hour to get the receipt when checking out.

Rooms were a little dated and the bathrooms definitely need up grading.
Great location near beaches and shops. Plenty of pools. Rooms were okay and balcony was great.
