Perfect location, wide and clean rooms, friendly staff

The hotel features a super clean and aesthetic minimalist design. It is perfectly located right in the town centre - the port, main shopping streets, and old town are all within a 10-minute walk. The rooms are spotless with comfortable beds and pillows, and daily service keeps everything fresh. Although reception isn't 24/7, the receptionist replied to us at 11 PM to immediately resolve a card issue. The staff is flexible and the vibe is great!

The only downside was the lack of storage space in the room; we had to live out of our suitcases, which wasn’t very convenient. Things to note before booking: being in the town centre means an awesome location, but expect some city noise. The soundproofing is great when the doors are closed, but you will still hear the occasional loud bus horn. For parking, the nearest (5 mins walk) paid option is €25 a day at The Plaza, though there is a free lot across from it - just note that it’s unpaved, very dusty, and uneven.

We had an amazing stay in Chania. The property is ideally located in the city center, just across from the Old Town, yet tucked away from the noise and crowds, making it a peaceful retreat. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. A special thank you to Sophia at reception, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent and truly enhanced our experience. We would happily stay here again.
