"Friendly staff"

Friendly staff, good safety door locked at all times in a less salubrious neighbourhood. Clean. Nice comfy beds. Shower had hot water. Aircon.

La ubicacion relativamente cerca del centro unas 6 cuadras.

Las camas no eran muy cómodas, el estacionamiento era como una bodega por lo que tienes que estar pendiente qué no te encierren

El precio estaba bien, no fueron claros a la hora de pedir el pago, finalmente quedó con transferencia de fondos

A la hora de cobrar había dudas si se había hecho el cargo con la plataforma, pague con transferencia después de mucha insistencia, les pedí claridad pero no me la dieron, al final pedí la factura con la transferencia pero me la hicieron mal, la hicieron con pago en efectivo y no fue así, me terminaron bloqueando al pedir el favor se haga de forma correcta, el dueño del hotel muy grosero al pedirle la corrección, ya no estoy en Oaxaca no puedo ir a reclamar, me terminan colgando,el hotel se encuentra en una zona insegura, para nada lo recomiendo

Excelente ubicación, el personal muy atento, especialmente el señor del turno nocturno, las habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias.

El estacionamiento es solo para 4 autos.
