Hotel Zadapi

Excellent service

It was very close to everything

We did not have electricity the first day we arrived and had a terrible night because of that, until the next day in the evening

The staff was very friendly, they helped me with everything and always had a smile on their face. The room was quite big and the wifi worked very good, which in my experience is rare for a hotel in a mexican city. The hotel is located right at the edge of the center, two blocks away you can rent a scooter, in the center you can reach pretty much everything by foot.

There was a man in the morning in front of our door and he took a very long, very loud phone call and I couldn’t really sleep after that. Theres a bit if noise in the night since a lot of the rooms have a window facing the main street.

The room was spacious and comfortable.

It smelled dreadful, of blocked drains.

Location is great, just in front of the Marina.

The web page states that they have free parking, but the space is limited. I had to leave my car outside the facilities the first day. People at the front desk were not supportive, basically they said it was our problem.

It was really nice that we could check in so late after our previous accommodation stood us up!
