Residence Inn Nashville Mt. Juliet

I would give it no stars. My husband booked a room with our Marriott rewards points. After driving 10 hours they wouldn’t give me a room because my husband was not physically with me. I’m no feminist but this is some complete BS discrimination going on here. My name was on the reservation along with my husbands. They still would not let me in. Gave me the run around about calling a number. I’m over it. Never using Marriott again. Ladies beware! They will leave you stranded due to their sexist policy.

We stayed at this location last fall and again this week. The hotel is modern and clean, but what distinguishes it is the staff. A housekeeping supervisor walked me to the ice machine to assure that I found it. We were upgraded to a larger and very convenient room. I only wish we had more reasons to come to Mt. Juliet. This has become one of our favorite Residence Inns.

This is a very clean property that is affordable and close to everything. Free breakfast and a full bar in the lobby. Shopping in providence right across the street with everything you’re looking for. Target, Hagen-Daas, Crumbl Cookies, tons of clothing places, etc. It’s a short uber into the city and a short uber/drive to some of the best brunch locations in the Metro Area. Follow the main strip a few miles into Mount Juliet and you’ll find the best pizza place in TN (Calabria) tucked into the corner of a small strip mall.

Super nice and convenient.

Being a frequent Marriott traveler, I selected this place based on the location I needed to be in outside of the hustle of Nashville and due to a decent price. I called the location prior to booking to inquire about the King suite and if the suite offered a sleeper sofa (as I would be traveling on this trip with my wife and daughter). I was told yes it did. So I proceeded to book. My first clue upon getting checked in was not able to locate the linens for the “sleeper” sofa. I went to the front desk and picked some up only to come back and find out that it was not a sleeper sofa. After a conversation with the front desk, I now learned that the studio only offers a sleeper sofa. This is a complete miss by Marriott. But we managed so that wasn’t the bad of the trip. The three of used the shower after a night downtown Nashville for a concert before bed and it WAS BEYOND SLICK IN THE SHOWER. The three of us had near falls when using the shower due to how slick it was. There should be some sort of rough textured bottom to the floor of the shower. I reported it to the front desk upon check out and wasn’t given very much confidence that it would go beyond my voice to her ears. This might not be the place for you if you have safety concerns in the shower.

The size of the suite was nice, though I wish it had a sofa bed. It was nice to have a kitchen in our room as well. The location was great, right off the interstate and close to many shops and restaurants. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly.
