Hotel Excelsior - All Inclusive

Очень чистый, современный отель. Уборка в номере ежедневная, замена белья каждые три дня. Питание разнообразное и очень вкусное.

В отель приехали очень рано, в 5 утра. На рецепшине девушка делала вид, что не понимает по русски, не говоря уже про украинскую речь. Просили заселить раньше. ( остался непринятый осадок)Хотя почти весь персонал наши украинки . Им отдельное спасибо ❤️

I had an amazing time at this hotel! Everyone is incredibly nice and ready to help with any information you need. The food is so tasty and there are many options to choose from. Cleaning is done daily.

Micul dejun este excelent, diversificat si gustos. Pentru banii platiti este mai mult decat ne asteptam. De asemenea, personalul foarte amabil si glumet. A fost ziua prietenei mele si fara sa le spun nimic legat de o eventuala organizare a unei surprize de ziua ei, au venit la noi in camera cantand, cu doua felii de tort si o sticla de sampanie, lucru pentru care nu am fost taxati, ceea ce mi s-a parut waw. Parcare privata, cu plata, 20 de leva pe noapte, dar se poate plati cu cardul. Piscina foarte curata, personalul de la bar foarte amabil, bauturile foarte bune, iar snack bar-ul foarte bun. Cu siguranta vom reveni.
