Hotel Excelsior - All Inclusive

I liked the fact that the rooms were spacious

The lack of the indoor facilities, no swimming pool or whatsoever, if it is rainy you have absolutely nothing to do. The food was tasty but only 3-4 main dishes per meal, same 3 type of fruits 3 times a day, everyday... The dessert is bad, some cheap sweets from the supermarket. The snack bar is awful, some frozen pizza and fries.. thats it. There are a lot of things to improve...

Staff was super friendly and helped out immediately with any requests. Even those who didn't speak any English

While i can appreciate the care for guests health... I was on vacation and would have liked a beer in the morning but all and all.. was a nice week

We absolutely loved everything. The hotel is exceptionally pleasant, with a family-like atmosphere. The quantity, variety, and taste of the food were outstanding, something new every day, and everything was fresh. We never had to eat outside the hotel for a single day. The staff was exceptionally kind, dedicated, and discreet (from reception to housekeeping). Unfortunately, this year we were only here for one week, but next year we’ll definitely come for two weeks. Good hotel. Food is ok and has some variety. The room is clean, towels changed every 2.nd day. Special congrats to all the young personnel in the hotel. They do a great job, they are attentive, not too pushy, nicely educated (all of them)

Too much garbage in the woods while walking to the beach. Maybe it is not the hotel's job, but they should definitely do something as it takes a lot away from the nice places. Matrace could be a little firmer. Pool ca doo with a more efficient filtration pump. Soft drinks may need some update.

Camera curata, Mancarea buna, exista diversitate. Personal amabil. Spatiul dedicat mesei ingrijit.

Pozitionarea hotelului, mult pana la plaja. Piscina si barul de la piscina, de duzina. Receptia - f intunecata si deloc primitoare. Selectarea clientilor - ar trebui sa existe in politica hotelului. Statiunea foarte haotica, murdara si cu mult zgomot. Cheap!
