Lovely unique bathroom

Was very nice but wasn’t what we expected. For the price of a one night stay we were very disappointed. We expected a lodge as described but more of a b&b. We did get an upgrade due to the shower not working. The one blind you could see in through the side from outside so we just used a blanket over to give us a bit more privacy. Staff was lovely but we were disappointed and probably won’t stay again.

It was in a fairly remote location surrounded by woodland. It looked amazing and was basic really but so well thought out. And the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, best sleep ever! Really fun shower and a log burner in the communal lounge/dining room. The host, Helen, was fab and so helpful. Loved it and will definitely return.

Lovely place. Very different but comfortable and relaxing. Friendly owners and dogs. Wish we had been able to stay longer. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location to visit some local attractions and walk beautiful paths. Lovely hosts. Most comfortable cosy bed. Quirky furnishings, perfect 🌼

nice little place

The location was perfect. Helen, our host was friendly and welcoming and makes the perfect scrambled eggs. Breakfast was included in our stay, yoghurt, fruits, toast and jam available along with cereals. Perfect location to visit puzzlewood, caves and castles in the area.

The property is amazing and really quirky and unusual but its quite difficult to find down a long forest track

The owner stated pizza and bar would be available but they were jot. In addition there was a lot of building work happening during our stay which ruined the tranquil surroundings.
